Long ago, a young girl was cursed for fleeing the life she was destined for.
Years later, another young girl leaves a peaceful, loving home to work in a more affluent house in the city.
But the housekeeper is belligerent; the mistress is fearful and reluctant to have her there; the son could be dangerous; the daughter has wide mood swings; and worst of all, the nights are filled with mysterious goings on — footsteps in the hallway, strange voices and chanting in the darkness of night, and bloodcurdling screams.
It is in this house that these two lives connect – one who lives in fear and the other in faith.
Things come to head one moonlit night when the truth is finally revealed.
